Scrambled "Egg" Spiced Tofu

How to make it 

Ingredients: 

  • 200g (about) tofu, grated / crumbled

  • 2 tsp of veggie curry Powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Coconut oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1/4 cup milk


Method: 


In a non-stick pan, temper the veggie curry and garlic powder in some coconut oil. Do this for a few seconds, then add the crumbled tofu. Sauté the tofu in the spiced oil, seasoning it with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too dry, add the milk and continue cooking for a min or so.
